Three ways to read the site
Bruno Hautenfaust, the teams, addresses and service scenarios are fictional creations. The towns, departments and some product designations belong to the real world.
- Each record tells the story of an imaginary restaurant: its setting, cuisine and signature menu.
- The municipality reference identifies a real town through its INSEE code and administrative coordinates.
- The comparison uses published information only; an absent detail remains unknown.
